Projects & Risk Management
After it has recently become rather quiet on my blog, it is now after one and a half months, finally again an update (or several). ;-)
On March 1, my free time was over, and so the lectures for the subject "Projects & Risk Management "were on the program. It was, well, logical, (can) endanger the successful management of projects and the consideration of risks, the projects. The" Module Leader "for this subject was Stuart Marks, However, we had more teachers during the week. For example Dr. Mike Goodland that I still knew the art of "Requirements Engineering & Management", which I had occupied in the first semester. This led us primarily (and quite detail) in PRINCE 2 one, which is a "a structured method for effective project management." During the lectures we have already divided into groups. Besides yours truly in my group were a part-time student from Bangladesh, a Greek and a Saudi Arabian. Together, we should: a) at the end of the week of making a poster for a project and b) as homework in a wiki jointly create a project plan. Total net inflows of these two tasks at 70% to the final of this subject. Unlike other groups, our group has worked well and the division of labor was very even. A word of praise to my team members. :-) The remaining 30% consisted of a heavily biased test statistics, which we had to write in April. Since the test and the housework now are already over, say It is now waiting for the grade of the subject. :-)
