Research Methods part 2

From 25 to 27.3. another three days were on the university program. This time only three days and not a whole week because we are the first part of "Research Methods", ie, the other two days, in the first semester last year had. As with the first part, we once again had a lot of different teachers, with me (and probably most other students, too) enjoyed the lecture by Prof. Jonathan Briggs best. He told us, including how to use Google properly and can also properly adjust to its own needs. And even though we only were IT students in his lecture that the majority of the students that told what he was not previously aware of.
Otherwise, there's about the lectures to report anything too interesting, except that we are a day of lectures is not on our "Penrhyn Road campus had, but in" Holiday Inn 'hotel on the Thames. After the lectures there, there was a so-called "employability" event, where you include the "Speed Interviewing" (are the short interviews) it could test his skills with representatives from companies such as Fujitsu and GlaxoSmithKline. Next you should then receive feedback from industry representatives, what you should do better in the future at a real job interview. I had four of these "speed interviews", three of which more than a casual chat serious Interview were. Thus insuring I got from all that I have in London very good job prospects with a Master's in IT and the fluid command of German and English. Accordingly, I then also got their business card with a request to send them my resume. ;-)
